For the store

A store where every item has a place and a reason.

As storekeeper you are asked where things are, what is left and who took them. HelioLattice gives you a catalogue, warehouses, a movement ledger and project issues, so you can answer in seconds and prove it.

What does the storekeeper get? A material catalogue with brands and specifications, stock across several warehouses, a ledger of every receipt, transfer, issue, return and loss, reservations, low stock alerts and supplier purchase records.

Questions

Common questions.

Can I see what is in each vehicle?
Yes. A vehicle can be a warehouse, so stock transferred to it is visible and its movements are recorded.
Do returns get recorded?
Yes. Returns from a project are recorded as movements and added back to the warehouse.
Will I know when stock is low?
Yes. Each item has a reorder level, and users see an alert when available stock reaches it.
