Delivery checklist
Every solar job measured against your own delivery checklist.
Define the stages, documents and utility and subsidy steps once. Every live job follows that checklist, every stage has a named owner, and your project manager can see exactly where each job is waiting and for whom.
What is a delivery checklist in HelioLattice? A configurable list of stages for a solar project, such as documents, utility approval, subsidy steps, material, installation and commissioning. Each item can be a checklist tick, a document to upload and verify, or a field to fill, and each stage can be assigned to one person.

How it works
Define once, run on every job.
Your checklist belongs to your company. An administrator sets it up and every job after that follows it.
Define the stages
Build the stages and the items in each. An item can be a checklist tick, a document to upload, or a field to record, such as a consumer number or a coordinate.
Switch steps on or off
Turn subsidy, bank loan and utility approval on or off for a job, and the stages that depend on them appear or disappear.
Assign a person
Give each stage a named owner. A stage that is assigned can be worked by that person, with a clear override for managers.
Track every job
Statuses, progress and idle days show which jobs are moving and which are waiting, so you chase the right person.
What it does
Built for the paperwork that slows rooftop solar jobs.
A checklist you control
Up to forty stages, each with its own items, document requirements and fields. Starter templates for on-grid and off-grid jobs give you a working base to edit.
- Checklist, document and field items
- Statuses including waived and not applicable
Utility and subsidy steps
Utility application, sanction, net metering and subsidy stages sit in the same checklist as the rest of the job, each with its documents and owner.
- Stages appear only when they apply
- Subsidy application records on conversion
Stage ownership
A stage that is assigned to someone is worked by that person. Anyone else is read-only unless they hold an override permission.
- Named owner per stage
- Override for managers
Document verification
Documents are uploaded to the job, then verified or rejected by the person responsible, so a missing or wrong document is visible immediately.
- Pending, verified, rejected
- Stored with the job
Tasks and reminders
Create tasks from templates for your team or for yourself, set priorities, mark a task blocked, and receive reminders tied to the job.
- Personal, team and company templates
- Overdue tasks counted for managers
Customer documents from templates
Generate agreements, letters and forms from your own templates, as PDF or Word, filled with the job's details.
- Templates in HTML, PDF and Word
- Versions for each template
Clear ownership
Everyone sees what is waiting, and for whom.
A job rarely stalls because nobody is working. It stalls because nobody knows whose turn it is. With a named owner on every stage, the project manager and the owner can see the exact item holding a job up.
- Each stage has one accountable person
- Jobs show progress and days since last activity
- Managers see every assignee and can step in
- Each person has a work queue of what is due

Start of the project
Choose when an enquiry becomes a project.
Decide what makes a job real in your business. An advance payment, a signed agreement or a manager's approval can each trigger conversion into a customer and a project with the checklist ready.
- Advance payment, signed agreement or manual approval
- Customer and project created together
- Subsidy and bank-loan records created when needed
