Who we are
HelioLattice provides ERP and CRM software for rooftop solar installers and EPC companies in India. You can contact us at support@heliolattice.com about anything in this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo or write to us, you may share your name, company, city, role, work email, phone number and details about your business.
- Usage information. We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Both collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and session recordings. Clarity masks sensitive input fields, and you should avoid typing personal data anywhere other than our contact and demo forms.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and similar technologies
Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics set cookies and similar identifiers so they can recognise a visit across pages. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the site continues to work. Google provides a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout that stops Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits. If we add other analytics tools, we will update this policy.
How we use information

Who we share information with
We share information with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as hosting, analytics (Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics) and form or email providers. They process it for the purpose of providing their service. We share information with authorities where the law requires it. Personal information is never sold.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.

Customer data in the software
Data that customers enter into HelioLattice, such as their own enquiries, projects and documents, belongs to the customer and is handled under the agreement we sign with them.
