How a job moves

Every step has a record and a named owner.

A rooftop solar job runs for weeks and passes through many hands. HelioLattice keeps each step, its documents and the person responsible together, so the owner can see where a job is waiting without calling around.

  1. Enquiry

Leads arrive by call, walk-in, import or channel partner, and are assigned with follow-ups and call logs.

    Sales
  2. Site survey

Roof, electrical and structural details and location-stamped photos are captured on a phone.

    Surveyor
  3. Quotation

A priced bill of materials is built from your catalogue, approved, revised and sent as a customer proposal.

    Sales and approver
  4. Documents

Identity, ownership and bill documents are collected, uploaded to the job and verified.

    Document collector
  5. DISCOM and subsidy steps

Your own checklist stages for utility and scheme paperwork, each assigned to a person.

    Project manager
  6. Material and delivery

Stock is issued from the right warehouse to the project, and every movement is recorded in the stock ledger.

    Store
  7. Installation

Field crews work an assigned list, update status and upload evidence from site.

    Field team
  8. Payment, AMC and service

Receipts and balances run to final payment. Then AMC billing, service tickets, warranty replacement and vendor recovery continue against the same customer.

The platform

Nine connected modules on one customer and one job.

Each module reads and writes the same records, so a quotation becomes a project, a project draws stock, and the stock and payments show up in your reports.

Roles and access

Every team sees what it needs, and nothing it does not.

A solar company has sales, survey, projects, store and accounts working on the same jobs. HelioLattice lets you give each person exactly the access their work requires, down to who can see internal costing or approve a quotation.

  • 269 permissions across 26 areas, combined into roles you control
  • Data scopes: everything, only what is assigned, or what a manager's team handles
  • Stage-level access on delivery workflows
  • Separate, independently authenticated login for channel partners
  • Audit trail of who changed what and when

In daily use

How a mid-size Indian EPC runs its day on HelioLattice.

HelioLattice is in live use at a mid-size EPC company in India, replacing a mix of spreadsheets, chat groups and shared folders.

Status from one list

The owner and sales head read the state of open jobs from reports and the work queue, not from phone rounds.

Material against the project

The store issues stock to a project from the same catalogue the quotation was priced on, and returns are recorded too.

Partners on the same enquiries

Channel partners follow their own enquiries and commission while the team works the same records.

Questions

Answers owners usually ask first.

What is HelioLattice?
HelioLattice is operations software for solar installation and EPC companies. It runs enquiries, site surveys, quotations, delivery checklists, material stock, payments and after-sales service on one job record, with role-based access for every team.
Who is HelioLattice built for?
Rooftop solar installers and EPC companies that run many jobs at once: residential, commercial, or channel-led. The owner, sales team, surveyors, project managers, store, accounts and field crews each get the screens and permissions their work needs.
How is HelioLattice priced?
One yearly plan covers every module. A one-time implementation fee covers the study of your business, configuration, and the data we set up for you before go-live. The fee depends on your scope, and we confirm both numbers in writing after a demo.
Can I control what each person sees and does?
Yes. Roles are built from 269 individual permissions across 26 areas of the product. You can scope data to everything, only what is assigned to a person, or what their team manages, and restrict access at the level of individual delivery stages. Changes are recorded in an audit trail.
Can dealers and channel partners use it?
Yes. Channel partners get a separate portal with their own login. They submit enquiries, follow the status of each one, and see their commission, while your team works on the same enquiries inside HelioLattice.
Does HelioLattice work with Tally and Excel?
Yes. The payments and expenses module exports structured data to Excel, Tally XML and Tally JSON, so your accountant continues in the accounting package you already use.
Does it cover after-sales service and AMC?
Yes. AMC invoices and receipts, service expenses, warranty replacements and vendor recovery are recorded against the customer and the project, with the service ticket reference noted, so the service history and its cost sit in one place. Support tickets link to the project they belong to.
Can HelioLattice send WhatsApp notifications?
WhatsApp integration is part of the platform. Notification bots for your team and messaging bots for your customers are set up with you during implementation.

Bring a few of your real open jobs. We will walk through them on the screens.

A short demo covers enquiry, survey, quotation, delivery checklist, stock and pending payment on the kind of work your team does. We confirm your yearly plan and implementation fee in writing afterwards.
