We walk through enquiry, survey, quotation, delivery checklist, stock and pending payment using the kind of jobs your team handles. Bring a few real open jobs and we will show how each one would sit in HelioLattice.
Who should attend from our company?
The owner or director and whoever runs sales and operations. If your store and accounts people can join, we cover their screens too.
How is HelioLattice priced?
One yearly plan covers every module. A one-time implementation fee covers the study of your business, configuration, and the data we set up for you before go-live. The fee depends on your scope. We send both numbers in writing after the demo.
What do we get after the demo?
A written quote for your yearly plan and implementation fee, and a short summary of how your delivery stages, roles and price list would be configured.
Can you set up our existing data?
Implementation includes setting up the data your team needs on day one, such as your catalogue, users and roles, delivery stages and open jobs. The scope of that data is what shapes the implementation fee.
