Can my channel partners use it?
Yes. Partners sign in to a separate portal to submit leads, follow their status and view commission.
Can surveyors use it on a phone?
Yes. The survey runs in a mobile browser and captures location, details and categorised photos.
Does it handle AMC and service after installation?
Yes. AMC invoices and receipts, support tickets, service costs, warranty replacements and vendor recovery sit on the customer's record.
Does it work with Tally?
Approved claims export to Tally XML, Tally JSON and Excel.
Do you support WhatsApp?
WhatsApp conversations are logged on enquiries, and messaging, internal notification bots and customer bots are set up during implementation.
