AMC and service
Keep every customer after the installation, and earn from them for years.
The job does not end at commissioning. HelioLattice keeps the customer's AMC billing, service tickets, service costs and warranty replacements on the same record as the original project, so support is quick and every service rupee is accounted for.
What does the AMC and service module do? It records AMC invoices and receipts, service expenses, warranty replacements and vendor recovery against the customer and the project, and it tracks support tickets with priority, assignment and resolution, so the full after-sales history sits in one place.

How it works
From first call to recovered cost.
The same customer record that holds the sale now holds the support history, so nobody asks the customer to repeat anything.
Raise the ticket
A support ticket is created against the project with a priority, assigned to a person, and updated until it is resolved with notes.
Record the cost
Service expenses, spares and visits are recorded as service entries, so the real cost of after-sales is known.
Replace under warranty
A warranty replacement records the original and replacement product and the reason a purchase bill was not available.
Recover from the vendor
Record the recovery amount and the decision on a vendor claim, so costs that should come back from a supplier are not forgotten.
What it does
After-sales that pays for itself.
AMC billing
Raise AMC invoices and record AMC receipts against the customer and the project, so billing and collection sit with the rest of the customer's history.
- AMC invoice and AMC receipt entries
- Linked to customer and project
Support tickets
Every ticket has a number, a priority, an owner, a status and resolution notes. Tickets belong to the project they are about.
- Assignment and resolution
- Ticket count on the customer record
Service expenses
Record what a service visit cost, whether labour, spares or travel, and keep it against the customer.
- Recorded with amount and reference
- Reported by service dimension
Warranty replacements
Capture the product that failed, the replacement given and the purchase bill reference when there is one.
- Original and replacement product
- Reason if no bill is available
Vendor recovery
Note the amount to recover from the supplier and the decision taken, so warranty cost can flow back to you.
- Recovery amount recorded
- Decision recorded
Service and warranty reports
Summaries by service and by warranty show what after-sales costs and what it brings in.

Customer for years
One record from the first enquiry to the fifth year.
Because the survey, the quotation, the payments and the service entries live on one customer record, your team can answer a service call knowing the system size, the installation date, what was paid and what has been repaired.
- Service tickets attached to the original project
- Calls, notes and documents from the sale still visible
- AMC and service money next to project money
- Repeat business starts from a complete history
