Problems we solve · Stock

Stop finding out on installation day that the material is not there.

The crew reaches the site and the inverter is still in the other branch. The books say forty panels, the shelf has thirty-two. Unused cable never comes back. Stock mismatch delays installations, inflates costs and makes every month-end count painful.

What is a stock mismatch? A gap between the quantity recorded and the quantity actually held, usually because issues, returns, transfers and losses are not recorded as they happen. A movement ledger by warehouse and project closes the gap.

Questions

Common questions.

How do we keep stock accurate across branches?
Create a warehouse for each location and move stock with transfers. Each transfer records a movement out and a movement in, so both sides stay accurate.
Can we see what was issued to a project?
Yes. Issues and returns are recorded against the project, so the material that went into a job is visible.
Can we hold stock for a job before issuing it?
Yes. Reservations reduce available quantity so another job cannot take the same items.
Does damaged stock get recorded?
Yes. Damage and loss are recorded as movements with a reason.
