Integrations · Tally
Let your accountant stay in Tally while the team works in HelioLattice.
Site expenses, receipts and payment requests are recorded by the people who incur them, reviewed and approved in HelioLattice, then exported in a format your accountant can import into Tally or open in Excel. Everyone keeps their own tool.
How does the Tally export work? Approved claims are exported as Tally XML or Tally JSON vouchers, or as an Excel file. Each export is recorded in the export history so you know what was sent and when.
How it works
Record, approve, export, import.
Record in HelioLattice
Staff raise receipts, expenses and payment requests against the project, with proof.
Review and approve
Reviewers and approvers handle each claim, so what leaves HelioLattice has been checked.
Export
Choose the claims, then export to Tally XML, Tally JSON or Excel.
Import in your accounting package
Your accountant imports the file into Tally or works from the Excel sheet.
What you get
