Problems we solve · Quotation
Send the right solar quotation the same week, not the same month.
The survey is done on Monday and the quote goes out on Friday, built by hand from last month's price list. By then the customer has asked two other installers. When mistakes creep in, they cost margin, credibility or both. Slow, error-prone quotation is one of the most expensive habits in solar.
Why do solar quotes go wrong? Quantities are worked out by hand, prices come from old sheets, discounts are agreed on calls and nobody checks the final number before it goes out. The fix is a bill of materials built from rules, priced from one catalogue and approved before it is sent.
How HelioLattice fixes it
Survey, price from rules, approve, send.
Survey feeds the quote
The completed survey, with a verdict and a recommended system size, is the starting point of the quotation.
BOM from rules
Quantities per kW, per panel, per string or per metre of cable are set once on catalogue items, and lines are generated with GST.
Approval before sending
A quotation must be approved before it can be sent, and rejection reasons stay on the record.
Revisions with history
Each change creates a version with a reason, so you always know what the customer was shown.
What changes
Faster quotes, firmer margins.
One catalogue
Prices and specifications come from the catalogue your store also uses, so there is a single source of truth.
